We are a residential roofing company. We collect contact details so we can respond to enquiries and quote work. We are not in the business of collecting or trading personal information for any other purpose.

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form or contact us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or neighbourhood, and whatever you write in the message. If you call, we may keep a note of the conversation and the property details so we can follow up.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site or search that referred you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

This site currently ships with no analytics package and no third party tracking scripts. If any are added, they will be listed by name in this section before they go live.

What we do with your information

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your enquiry, your estimate, or scheduling for work you have asked us to carry out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email, and it does not affect any work already scheduled.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work or to meet a legal obligation:

• Suppliers and subcontractors involved in your specific job, and only what they need for it
• Service providers who run the tools we use, such as email and scheduling
• Professional advisors, insurers, or authorities where we are legally required to disclose

Anyone we share information with is expected to use it only for the purpose it was shared for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to work performed are kept longer, because roofing work carries obligations that outlast the job and because a property’s roof history is genuinely useful years later. Financial records are kept for the period required by law.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your information where we are not required to keep it. You can ask us to stop contacting you, and you can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Washington residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights. Contact us and we will deal with the request.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details through the enquiry form.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than notified individually.
